I became a Realtor in 2011 because I was disappointed with my experience when purchasing a home. This is the biggest purchase of a person's life and the individual honored enough to help through that process should always remember and respect that. I have bought, built, rehabbed and sold several homes personally. As a Realtor, I grew and became a Broker and was responsible for 60+ Realtors. In 2017, I started Dalivia Realty. It is a boutique brokerage that is named after my daughters, Danielle and Olivia.
